by Harvey Beeferman

this page is located at http://palmettobay.com/travel

located at http://expedia.com

Pros:

1. Easy to use
2. FARE CALENDAR feature excellent for those with flexible dates and times
3. Keeps track of multiple frequent flyer accounts for several travelers
4. Offers e-tickets and seat reservations
5. Numerous other useful features for travel planning e.g. maps, directions, tour highlights
6. Keeps track of multiple itineraries

Cons:

1. May not show some discount airlines, like Southwest or Air Tran
2. Hotel finder not the best for discounts or reservations

http://sidestep.com

Pros:

1.  Searches more airlines than Expedia (includes discount airlines like Southwest and AirTran)
2.  Faster and easier than going to individual airline or car rental sites
3.  Purchases are made through the airline or car rental agency, rather than through Sidestep
4.  Itinerary information is saved in the link that takes you to the airlines web site..you don't have to search again
5.  You can select sort by price, time of trip, number of stops etc

Cons:

1. Requires a small download to install
2. Only works with Internet Explorer now.
3. Lacks general travel information and map features found in Expedia
